About

These terms apply to breathwork sessions and services provided by Blue Dragon Breathworks, operated by Timothy Kaye, Hereford, UK. Contact: admin@bluedragonbreath.works

Health & Safety

Breathwork is a powerful practice. By booking a session you confirm that:

• You are in generally good health
• You do not have epilepsy, severe cardiovascular conditions, or a history of psychosis
• You are not pregnant
• You will inform the facilitator of any relevant medical conditions before the session

If you are unsure whether breathwork is suitable for you, please consult your GP first. Blue Dragon Breathworks reserves the right to decline participation in the interest of your safety.

Bookings & Payment

• Bookings are confirmed on receipt of payment
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe
• Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable

Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the session: full refund
• Cancellations within 48 hours: 50% refund
• No-shows: no refund
• If we cancel or reschedule the session: full refund offered

Online Sessions

Online sessions require a stable internet connection and a device with camera and microphone. Sessions are not recorded. You are responsible for ensuring your environment is safe and private.

Liability

Blue Dragon Breathworks is not liable for any injury, loss, or adverse reaction arising from participation in sessions, except where caused by our negligence. Breathwork involves altered states of consciousness — you participate voluntarily and at your own risk.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always on this page.
